The couple who chased and rammed a gig worker to death over a minor scrape, then returned masked to collect evidence, shows how fleeting frustration can explode into lethal violence.

And the Raja Raghuvanshi case, where a bride allegedly hired killers days after her wedding, lays bare the lethal cost of suppressed truths in relationships. These are not isolated horrors; they are red flags of a society unraveling under mental strain. If we don’t act now, the future will drown in such despair.”

Sonu Tyagi underscored that mental health disorders already afflict over 280 million people globally, with India reporting one in seven citizens affected—yet fewer than one psychiatrist per 100,000 population.
